Phoebe Price spends her days at the Ivy trying to be filmed by paparazzi and spends her nights sneaking onto red carpets everywhere wearing the most ridiculous outfits. Queen on the Scene is a homeless African American who spends her days in Beverly Hills trying to guard the stars from the paparazzi in hopes of getting tipped. And there you have it.
